As an architectural firm Greg Mix & Associates Architects can provide you with the expertise you need to document the condition of your existing building.  Often times people simply need a plan of their building if they are, for instance, operating a Day Care Center and need to get it licensed with the local authorities.  We can provide you with an on site review of the code status of your building for the suitability of such a purpose.  We can also provide you with as built plans and elevations.  As built drawings include measuring and photographing the entire building. and putting it on our computer system.  Drawings typically include all habitable floor levels of the building.  Basement plans, elevations, roof plan, framing plans, wall sections and details are available upon request.
