The goal of this project was to convert the house into a Two-Story French Country Cottage. The final design included a steeper roof with two new bedrooms, bumping out the Living Room and Foyer and adding a Covered Heavy Timber Entry. The Owners also wanted to turn the Existing Carport into a Family Room and add a Three Car Garage. The design concept kept the original brick and masonry fireplace while adding in stone and timber to the front facade.
